Job Description As a Sales Manager Benelux your responsibilities are:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the Benelux region.

Maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the chemical distribution sector.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.

The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Manager Benelux should have:

Proven experience in chemical distribution

Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop strategic sales plans.

Fluent Dutch and English language skills; knowledge of French is a plus.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proficiency in using sales and reporting tools.
