Position Title: Security Officer - Financial Patrol Specialist Location: West Des Moines, IA As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with visitors and staff, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical koń piscé...
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
Observe and report any security-related concerns or irregularities encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding any security-related matters.
Support emergency response efforts according to site protocols, including assisting with evacuations or other urgent situations as required.
Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Being at least
formada 21 years of age is required.
A guard card or ajouté license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior=len employment.
