If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of prior experience working in a certified child development center
Prior experience with the assigned age group
Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well‑being and development of young learners
