About This Role
CAE is looking for a self-starter and autonomous Part Time Training Administrator to support our Training Center in Eagan, Minnesota.

Primary Duties:
Ensures Instructor Pilots (IP) meets qualification requirements prior to instructing assignments.
Coordinates IP training events.
Manages IP, and client training records.
Audits client and IP records.
VSE – notifies training manager of conflict reports in STARS.
Auditing – ensures regulatory compliance.
Special projects, improves training delivery processes.
Coordinates Training activities – ensures classrooms are set up, clients have access to CBT’s and supporting training materials.
General administration tasks.
New hire onboarding.
General Office Support.
Communicating with Program Lead, Training Manager and with Local Instructor Pilots and advise of any pertinent training issues.
Motivate, lead and work directly with program IPs to continually improve product quality.
Work with the Training Manager and Program Lead to ensure the local processes remains aligned with similar types in the rest of the network.
Make recommendations for training delivery improvement.
Facilitate weekly meetings to review training activities.
Ensure appropriate revisions are promulgated through the update process.
Conduct periodic instructor/client record audits, as assigned.
Help ensure compliance to the policies and procedures as laid down by the Head of Training (HOT).
Help ensure all assigned instructor staff are familiar with the TCOM, as well as corporate policies, procedures and regulations as promulgated by the HOT.
Assist the Training Manager, as required, to monitor client training folders to ensure they are properly documented and prepared prior to examinations/check rides.
Any other duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma.
1 to 3 years fyrirtam relevant experienced.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Fluency in English.
Aviation experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally ascends or descends ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
Constantly remains in a stationary position, standing or sitting.
Occasionally moves about accomplishing tasks or travel.
Occasionally adjusts or moves objects up to 20 pounds.
Constantly performs repeating motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers.
