Regional Sales Manager, New Accounts (Remote) Join CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, to help protect organizations and drive innovation in security technology. This role focuses on generating new enterprise business through flexible licensing models and building lasting client relationships.

About the Role This field sales role has primary accountability for planning, prospecting, qualifying, and closing revenue on new business accounts. You will also develop the post‑close relationship during the first twelve months, partnering with internal stakeholders to drive adoption, expansion, and eventual transition to account management.

What You'll Do

Hold expert‑level experience and apply professional concepts to resolve complex issues creatively.

Demonstrate deep industry knowledge and understand a customer’s decision‑making process, goals and business objectives.

Exhibit expert‑level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement.

Maintain a complete, “big‑picture” understanding of the business and technical context of key account opportunities.

Show drive and leadership in setting accounts and compelling others to join the effort.

Create consultative effectiveness and build trust with internal and external customers.

Operate with full functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions, business value concepts, and the company’s products.

What You'll Need

Prospect, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts using flexible licensing models such as Falcon Flex.

Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account, mapping CrowdStrike solutions to customer requirements.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders during onboarding, adoption, expansion, and transition to renewal account management.

Maintain accurate documentation in CRM/marketing software of customer contact, activities, opportunity value, product information, and sales stages.

Accountable for accurate forecasting, quarterly revenue delivery, and agreement on account plans.

Promote CrowdStrike products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.

Provide customer feedback for product and process improvements.

Work primarily in the field, away from a home office or company office.

Possess expert knowledge of selling the company’s products and services.

Handle enterprise accounts with complex scope and higher quotas.

Interact with executive‑level decision makers to CXO level on large public‑sector accounts.

Education & Experience

BA/BS or equivalent educational background (preferred).

Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
