Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
Actively prospect, qualify, and close sales to meet individual sales goals and company objectives. Customer Engagement:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-ups, meetings, and customer visits. Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services, and provide tailored recommendations to clients based on their needs. Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Sales Reporting:
Track sales performance and customer feedback, reporting progress and results to the Sales Manager. Negotiation & Closing:
Lead negotiations and close sales deals by ensuring customer satisfaction and offering solutions that meet their needs. Customer Support:
Provide post-sales support, including addressing inquiries, processing orders, and troubleshooting issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Proven Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Cleaning Industry. Sales Skills:
Strong ability to negotiate, close deals, and meet sales targets. Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers. Problem-Solving:
demonstrated ability to identify customer pain points and provide effective solutions. Goal-Oriented:
A self-driven individual with a strong sense of motivation and a passion for achieving sales targets. Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications. Experience with sales tools or platforms is a plus. Education:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). Compensation & Benefits
