About the Role You will be a highly motivated, results‑driven Sales Associate passionate about classic American sportswear and committed to achieving sales goals while maintaining the company’s standards.
Essential Functions
Act as the Brand Ambassador by embracing company culture and cultivating strong relationships with clients and the community.
Deliver exemplary client service that creates a customer‑centric, friendly retail environment fostering loyalty.
Drive sales by demonstrating extensive product knowledge and making appropriate product suggestions to clients.
Use clienteling tools and outreach techniques to inform customers about upcoming events and new product arrivals.
Additional Job Responsibilities
Support store manager with daily operations and maintain assigned areas.
Help create and sustain a culture of kindness focused on client and team collaboration.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
Employ selling techniques to achieve objectives and close sales.
Understand sales plans and metrics and contribute to overall store success.
Participate in store events, trunk shows, and marketing activities.
Use the POS system to record accurate information and provide superior customer service.
Prioritize daily tasks while keeping the customer top of mind.
Assist with merchandising the sales floor and filling inventory.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with supervisors and peers.
Share best practices and collaborate with peers across markets.
Support Corporate Retail Operations objectives and adhere to policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, stockroom, and common areas.
Follow company policies and standards of professionalism.
Assist with opening/closing procedures and key holder duties in management’s absence.
Lead by example and uphold high integrity at all times.
Skills & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team‑player attitude.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and accountability.
Positive, self‑motivated, and high‑energy.
Adaptable, problem‑solving, and able to multitask with the customer as priority.
Available for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 30 pounds.
