Competitive Mileage Pay
Experienced drivers can start at.78 per mile /$33.17 an hour.
Paid for every drop, hook, chain, fuel stop, and wait time.
Medical, dental, vision – You choose which plan suits you and our family.
Employee pays up أجهزة to 2% of gross income.
Employee and Family pay up to 4% of gross income.
401K match of 100% on the first 5% contribution.
Accrue 80 hours of PTO within the first 11 months.
Holiday pay after your 90 days.
Cell phone stipend.
No touch freight.
Home nightly on most routes
Responsibilities
Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations between terminals or meet points.
Navigate challenging road conditions, including inclement weather.
үн Consistently meet reliability and safety ಗಳ standards.
Be prepared to chain up as needed.
Flexibility to work weekends and/or nights if required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least 21 years old
Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements
One year of verifiable commercial driving experience with similar equipment
Experience with double/triples preferred; training provided.
Chaining is required, training available.
Valid DOT Medical Certification
Clean driving record – no DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in the past three years
Strong communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
Basic proficiency in English for reading, writing, and verbal communication
