Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales
Join the T‑Mobile team as a Mobile Associate, responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within national sales partner locations, engaging with customers in a high‑traffic environment and driving sales.
Job Overview Mobile Associates are integral to the Retail Team, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They excel at building and deepening relationships with customers, following through on solution‑based selling, and meeting quality sales metrics.
Job Responsibilities
Engage with a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T‑Mobile solutions.
Use digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and recommend wireless solutions that fit the customer's lifestyle.
Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge on promotions and product updates.
Perform store operations tasks, including opening/closing procedures and securing kiosk assets.
Build strong relationships with customers and peers, capture referrals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Passion for customer satisfaction with the ability to balance service and performance goals.
Team building ability and willingness to collaborate with peers and leadership.
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Licenses and Certifications
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Travel No travel required.
DOT Regulation No DOT regulations or safety‑sensitive duties.
Pay and Incentives Hourly base pay: $17.50 plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Eligible for an annual incentive target of up to $18,000 per year. All employees are guaranteed a total pay of $20/hour.
