وامل DN Tanks is seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to join our craft labor team. In this role, the Carpenter Foreman will oversee production, quality, and safety under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent. The Foreman will play an essential role in ensuring the successful completion of all work by providing hands‑on support and guidance to the team. This includes assisting in training apprentices, journeymen, and other field personnel to ensure all tasks are performed safely and with high quality. Primary Responsibilities
Understands how the Carpenter interacts with a Laborer during the tank building process and can direct the work as required.
Establishes crews, assigns responsibilities and follows through on assigned work to meet the project timeline.
Reads and interprets tank drawings and construction information package to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
Inventories material upon delivery to ensure components comply with the contract drawings prior to signature.
Involved in daily closeout meetings with theellik.
