Sell Paychex’s retirement plan and flexible spending account products, developing new clients and increasing the client base to drive profitability within the Human Resource Services organization. Responsibilities

Presents all retirement plan and flexible spending account products to final decision‑makers and end users for closing new sales, leveraging the Go‑to‑Market Sales Strategy to identify customers’ needs and present the Paychex solution in person or virtually. Schedules appointments and visits potential and current referral sources—specifically the financial advisor channel and registered investment advisor community—to secure referrals to end users. Prospects using the telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs directed by sales management to seek new clients and referral sources. Analyzes prospects’ needs and interests, determines appropriate products, and refers to the appropriate party when necessary. Expedites resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Completes and submits accurate new business paperwork and expense reports on agreed dates; enters prospects, sales, and client notes into Salesforce.com to ensure seamless selling and service. Projects a positive image in representing the corporation to uphold Paychex’s reputation with clients and the community. Achieves and continually develops technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge to ensure excellence in lead generation, presentations, and closing; successfully completes SAFE examinations and participates in training to become a senior retirement plan sales representative. Might be required to travel outside the geographic territory for conferences, training sessions, or regional or national meetings. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required). Less than 1 year of relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs or certification by senior sales management. At least 2 years of experience in relevant sales or sales management. Live the Paychex Values
