The individual in this role will be responsible for managing personal insurance accounts, fostering strong client relationships, providing top‑notch customer service, and handling renewals. Daily tasks include processing policy changes, responding to client inquiries, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring comprehensive coverage for clients.
Qualifications
Experience in Account Management and comprehensive understanding of insurance policies and processes
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
Sales abilities to cross‑sell and explore new opportunities for clients
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently
Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools is a plus
Insurance licensing or willingness to obtain licensing is preferred
