Account Manager – Automotive
We’re looking for a
Account Manager – Automotive
to drive revenue growth and expand strategic customer relationships within the automotive market. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who thrives in a technical, fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing innovative materials and technologies to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Responsibilities
Grow revenue and profitability across major automotive OEM and Tier 1 accounts
Identify market opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase market share
Build strong, long‑term customer relationships by delivering innovative, customized solutions
Introduce new products and technologies and expand their adoption within existing accounts
Develop and negotiate pricing strategies with customers and vendors
Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, supply chain, and customer support teams
Forecast sales, track pipeline activity, and report on customer visits and trends
Monitor competitive activity and automotive industry trends
Support product launches, technical exhibitions, and industry trade shows
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Qualifications
5+ years of sales and account management experience, preferably in the automotive or industrial manufacturing sector
Strong understanding of technical products and customer applications
Proven negotiation and relationship‑management skills
Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%
