Enterprise Sales Specialist We’re hiring an experienced

Enterprise Sales Specialist

to help drive national growth by acquiring and closing large-scale merchant accounts in the

home improvement space . This full-time remote role (with HQ in Glendale, CA) is ideal for a self-starting closer who thrives in outbound, relationship-heavy sales cycles and understands the nuances of financing at the point of sale.

Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Prospect Strategically : Identify and pursue high-value merchant groups in sectors like HVAC, solar, remodeling, roofing, and other home improvement services.

Lead the Full Sales Cycle : Own the outbound process end-to-end—from prospecting and discovery to tailored demos, negotiation, and closing.

Tailor Product Demos : Present the benefits of Finturf’s embedded financing platform, highlighting our streamlined API integration and flexible workflows through Retool.

Partner Internally : Coordinate with product, onboarding, and integrations teams to ensure merchant success post-close.

Requirements

Experience : 4+ years in B2B sales, preferably selling to home improvement companies, aggregators, or contractor networks.

Background in POS Financing : Familiarity with embedded lending, consumer financing, or sales enablement platforms is a big plus.

Track Record : You’ve consistently closed large or multi-site merchant deals and can show the numbers.

Tech Fluency : Comfortable selling API-based solutions and working with tools like CRM platforms, Postman, or Retool.

Communication Pro : Polished, persuasive, and comfortable presenting to executive-level audiences.

Remote-Ready : Highly self-motivated and able to manage your time and pipeline in a remote-first startup.
