The Capital Sales Manager for Utah, Idaho, and Montana is responsible for driving capital equipment sales by targeting aesthetic practices, med‑spas, and resort spas. This role requires a proactive “hunter” sales strategy, close collaboration with internal teams and finance partners, and a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. What you’ll do:
Introduce physician practices and medical spas to Hydrafacial by engaging all key stakeholders. Demonstrate Hydrafacial technology and treatment protocols through hands‑on in‑office treatments. Identify customer needs, communicate potential ROI, and educate clients on positioning Hydrafacial treatments. Generate leads through cold‑calling, walk‑in visits, phone outreach, networking, and social media engagement. Respond to inbound leads from tradeshows and corporate sources within 24 hours. Partner with corporate account teams to support opportunities requiring additional resources. Maintain a robust pipeline to consistently achieve monthly targets and sales goals. Provide weekly forecasts to leadership, including high/low projections. Develop strategic selling techniques using marketing tools and resources to enhance client engagement. Transition new clients to Regional Training Specialists and Business Development Managers. Attend and support local tradeshows and regional events to drive brand awareness and sales. Perform other duties as assigned. What you need to know:
Required
High school diploma or GED. Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical device sales and/or account management. Proven success in capital equipment sales with specific examples of closed deals. Experience selling into the aesthetics (cash‑pay) market – dermatology, plastic surgery, high‑end resort spas. Ability to overcome objections and navigate competitive conversations. Demonstrated achievement of sales quotas and/or MBOs. Ability to upsell strategically, forecast accurately, and leverage resources to meet goals. Understanding of sales cycles and third‑party financing strategies, with professionalism in lender and customer conversations. Experience prospecting new businesses and maintaining a healthy pipeline using strategic selling techniques. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% by car or plane. Proven success in closing sales based on ROI and helping practices or spas build businesses around aesthetic products. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred
College degree or equivalent. Experience using Salesforce. Base Pay & Compensation
$85,000 annually plus commission. Compensation also includes annual bonuses, long‑term incentives, paid time off, and region‑specific benefits. The total rewards package may include 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays, and disability insurance. Perks
