Today we have over 250 stores in over 25 states from Maryland to Montana. We’re looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide our customers with excellent service. Fun, fast paced work environment, with variety in the day to day routine.
Overview We’re looking for enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals who can lead our team of associates to deliver excellent customer service. As a Key Team Leader you will be responsible for store opening and closing, merchandising, operational, and administrative functions, and will carry keys to the store as part of the leadership team.

Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service is the primary responsibility. Handle store opening and closing responsibilities. Perform merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.
Qualifications Must have previous retail supervisory experience. Knowledge of Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics products is required. Merchandising skills preferred. Desire and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.
