Role Description PortOne Logistics is expanding and is seeking an experienced Sales Agent / Account Executive with proven sales experience in freight and logistics. This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Schaumburg, IL. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, and offering logistics solutions tailored to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include engaging prospective clients, explaining freight management services, negotiating contracts, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively address client needs and concerns
Proven experience in freight/logistics sales and account management with a track record of achieving sales targets
Existing shipper relationships or a book of business (preferred)
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to manage accounts and grow revenue independently
Self‑motivated, relationship‑focused mindset
