Responsibilities
Deliver, sell, and merchandise Frito-Lay’s full product line, including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more, to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and grocery stores.
Drive a Frito-Lay truck to various stores, unloading orders, merchandising products, and maintaining accurate records.
Partner with store managers to increase sales and place new orders.
Learn the role during four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training.
Run routes for team members, explore different store types, and meet new customers.
Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling on displays, and completing national initiatives.
Achieve a route with set days off/schedule with time.
Work in a fast‑paced, physical environment. Full‑time members may work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.
Minimum Qualifications
Age 21 years or older.
Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain additional licenses as required by state law.
Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
