We are seeking an experienced executive sales leader to join our National Sales Team. The

Key Account Manager (KAM)

will have 7–10+ years of executive sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding annual sales targets with multi‑million, multi‑year services contracts. Experience selling to transportation, education, healthcare, sports & entertainment, and related verticals is highly preferred.

Compensation

$130,000–150,000 Base Salary plus commission. Annual target earnings at goal will be even higher ($250,000–300,000).

Primary Duties / Responsibilities The KAM will develop strategic regional sales plans and pursue key accounts in targeted verticals. Responsibilities include:

Prospecting through strategic email campaigns, social media, phone, and industry events to schedule exploratory meetings.

Networking in professional associations to build robust relationships.

Developing territory and account pursuit plans.

Managing assigned strategic account opportunities with a minimum of $1.5 million revenue potential.

Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly/quarterly revenue and profit targets.

Monthly/quarterly sales forecasting.

Consistently achieving sales goals on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Work Experience

7+ years of sales experience.

Experience in facility management services and solutions within specific industry verticals.

Superior relationship‑building skills in face‑to‑face and remote environments.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with CRM (MS Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Willingness to prospect and generate leads, appointments, and sales.

Requirements

Desired education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent facilities sales/operations experience.

Minimum of 3–5 years of successful sales experience as described above.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Industry/sector experience highly preferred.
