Pay Range Base pay: $78,000.00 per year – $122,000.00 per year.

Core Responsibilities
Use our customized Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
Visit new businesses, build relationships, follow up on referral leads, and reservice existing clients.
Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
Plan and submit weekly schedule and working hours to your manager.
Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each workday.

Additional Qualifications
Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
Active driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain).
Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years with relevant background will be considered).
