What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Grow business with key distribution partners in assigned geography

Deliver the employer's brand promise to distribution

Identify and manage new sales and conversion opportunities using analytic and category management skills

Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key accounts and stakeholders

Train distributor counter and sales personnel to enhance sales effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

Two (2) years of sales experience in the electrical construction industry in a private, public, government, or military environment

Demonstrated experience communicating cross-functionally and to all levels in an organization

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Solid negotiating and selling skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience selling products in the greater Charlotte, NC market

Minimum four (4) years of distribution salesھی/marketing and/or management experience

Experience with analytics, fact-based selling, and category management

Previous experience calling האל strategic accounts or building account support base

Aptitude to understand multiple product lines
