Retail Store Leader (Security)
Are you a motivated retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves developing high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Retail Store Leader to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates effectively, and takes pride in operational excellence. What Youll Do
Reports to: Regional Area Manager Lead all daily store operations to ensure efficiency and a smooth customer experience Build and maintain a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual presentation Monitor and improve store processes to maximize efficiency Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store employees Create weekly schedules and manage labor costs to align with business needs Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions Champion company culture and values through daily leadership Communicate effectively with team members and cross‑functional departments Maintain a strong understanding of CRA compliance regulations Own and manage all key retail KPIs, including sales performance, conversion, AOV, UPT, labor efficiency, customer satisfaction, and inventory accuracy Achieve and exceed store sales goals and performance standards Coach and motivate team members to excel in sales, service, and operational processes Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly Oversee receiving, inventory management, and stock accuracy Ensure accurate cash handling and daily deposits Support marketing initiatives and in‑store promotions Execute visual standards, product placement, and seasonal sets from Home Office Adapt to business needs, including opening and closing responsibilities Take initiative, set priorities, and solve problems in real time Perform additional duties as assigned What You Bring
Previous retail management experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience Strong interpersonal and customer service skills A drive to succeed in a fast‑paced retail environment Excellent written, verbal, and group communication abilities Solid computer and technology skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be 21+ and able to pass a criminal background check
