Job Description
The HR Generalist Coordinator II provides support to Human Resources and operational managers to complete day‑to‑day field HR activities and ensure successful roll‑out of HR initiatives to the business. Supports HR management in daily reporting, administration, and other HR functions.
Job Responsibilities
Use HR systems to produce reports.
Assist with tracking and administering the recognition program.
Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR managers.
Coordinate the benefits program.
Lead and coordinate the annual performance review process for front‑line associates in partnership with management.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new associates.
Connect with a third‑party administrator for workers’ compensation, FMLA, short‑term disability, and leave matters.
Qualifications
1–2 years HR experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong interpersonal and planning skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
High level of guest service and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience caring for a large employee population preferred.
