As a front‑desk security professional at a leading healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service while monitoring access and assisting visitors. Your presence will help deter security‑related incidents and create a welcoming environment.

$18.42 / Hour
Job Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday, 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM

What You'll Do
Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff at the front desk, providing customer service while following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, problem‑solving, following established protocols. Maintain accurate records of visitor check‑ins, deliveries, and other front‑desk activities as required by the site.
Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and emergency personnel as needed.
Support Allied Universal management in implementing security‑related procedures and/or emergency response activities at the location.
Minimum Requirements
A guard card or security license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of ageրված for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicant subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
