Overview
The aggregate batch plant mechanic electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment, conducting tests and inspections, and troubleshooting electrical issues. This is a safety sensitive position. Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Read technical diagrams and blueprints. Perform general electrical maintenance. Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components. Use testing devices to troubleshoot electrical issues. Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures. Follow National Electrical Code, state and local building regulations. Maintain & repair equipment when required. Set up a new batch plant and tear down when required. Requirements
Hands‑on experience in industrial electrical systems. Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems. Good knowledge of various test equipment. Proficient in using multimeters, meggers, oscilloscopes, frequency generators, data loggers, and assorted hand tools and documenting measurements. Work Environment
Industrial setting. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle the demands of an industrial plant environment.
