Consistent PVR north of $2,000+ per deal
Strong product penetration on VSC, Gap, and other ancillary products
Clean, compliant deals with zero tolerance for sloppy paperwork
Ability to sustain performance in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
This role is for someone who executes daily, not someone who peaks once a quarter.

Present finance and protection products with confidence, transparency, and full compliance
Drive profitability while maintaining trust and long‑term customer satisfaction
Ensure every deal is accurate, funded, and audit externally ready
Work in lockstep with Sales and Service to deliver a seamless customer experience
Maintain strict adherence to all state, federal, and lender requirements
What You Bring
2+ years of verifiable automotive F&I success
Documented performance against aggressive PVR and penetration targets
Deep understanding of lender programs, aftermarket products, and compliance standards
Strong communication, organization, and leadership presence
Competitive mindset with a calm, professional approach under pressure
