The Food and Beverage team is elevating its craft to match the sophistication and energy of our refreshed restaurants and reimagined beachfront destination. We are seeking an energetic individual who is career driven, with a positive approach to hospitality.
Responsibilities
Supervise utility stewards, dishwashers and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware for restaurant service.
Supervise cleaning of work area and physical surroundings.
Maintain and deliver proper inventory for food and beverage departments.
Ensure all food and equipment are delivered on time to all functions as specified.
Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members.
Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of stewarding management experience within a hotel environment, preferably of comparable size.
Experience leading a unionized stewarding team strongly preferred.
Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Experience in a high‑volume, professional atmosphere.
Detail‑oriented approach and ability to work in a time‑sensitive environment.
