We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeout.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
Monitor progress and proactively address delays or risks.
Coordinate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and external partners.
Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Manage change orders and oversee project closeout, including punch lists and final inspections.
Qualifications
8+ years of project management experience, with a strong track record of successfully delivering commercial projects valued at $1M or more.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project), and contract management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
PMP certification is a plus.
