Company Overview Work with one of the largest American‑owned aerospace & defense companies. The role involves operating production equipment, constructing, maintaining, and testing mechanical systems and components/assemblies. Experience with manufacturing or small hand tools is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Follow blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to meet product specifications and tolerance levels.
Perform troubleshooting, calibrations or modifications of hardware, fixtures, and software.
Use measuring and diagnostic tools to test and modify systems and components/assemblies.
Maintain production records and report issues while following standard procedures.
Interpret data and accurately record time changes, test data, parts usage, etc.
Utilize mechanical or optical equipment, including computers and lasers.
Provide technical solutions to engineering.
Ensure systems and components/assemblies meet established specifications.
Rework and repair various mechanical and electromechanical systems and components/assemblies as needed.
Assist engineering with the design of components and prototypes.
Receive training/certification in multiple skills as required.
Train and mentor new technicians.
Exhibit the company’s leadership behaviors and values.
Support and follow all rules/guidelines/standards set by EHS, Quality, and CI functions as directed by the assigned leader.
Perform other duties as assigned, including working nationalism extended shifts or overtime as required by the business.
