Big-D Construction is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team of professionals. This role will be based in Salt Lake City, UT.
Experience/Training
A High School Diploma or GED is required Business school, Associate’s degree or equivalent is a plus 3-4 years of construction experience required Critical Skills
Good time management skills Excellent attention to detail Work well in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products Able to resolve problems and discrepancies efficiently Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Industry knowledge Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations
Project compliance procurement, tracking, auditing and renewal as needed Maintenance of Salt Lake SharePoint site pages, updates, and agendas Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization Prepare reports and dashboards as needed Support project life cycle tasks and tracking Schedule meetings, prepare agendas for the group Auditing Procore tools as needed Track business operational tasks, deadlines and deliverables Administrative tasks as needed Physical Requirements
Regularly required to sit, talk and/or hear Regularly required to work with a computer – interaction via email and phone. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stand, stoop, kneel or crouch Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds Specific vision abilities include close vision, the ability to adjust focus, and color vision Work Environment
Work is performed during regular business hours 8am to 5pm The noise level in the office work environment is usually quiet to moderate. In the field the noise level may be moderate to loud. Will be required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to safety hazards when on job sites. Benefits
