Position Purpose The Plant Associate Lead will ensure all waste is unloaded from vehicles, the vehicles are decontaminated, and waste is properly staged for scanning and processing. The individual will perform the duties in a safe and productive manner, provide work direction and advice to lower level Plant Workers on a regular basis, and train and supervise others.

Unload waste from incoming vehicles and separate non‑autoclave‑able waste for incineration Soo.
Stage waste on the conveyor system or properly stack it for scanning in the Biotrack system.
Scan waste into the Biotrack system for proper record‑keeping.
Load autoclave bins or incinerator hopper with waste for processing.
Place reusable containers on the tub wash line for decontamination.
Operate the tub wash unit, ensuring it is operating properly; remove clean tubs from the unit, inspect the tubs, and stack them for loading onto the assigned vehicle for re‑use.
Operate the tub wash sprayer for oversized reusable tubs, ensuring the unit is operating properly; inspect the tubs and stack them for loading onto the assigned vehicle for re рассмотрение.
Decontaminate the vehicle's cargo‑carrying portion, reload assigned reusable tubs, and ensure the cargo‑carrying portion of the vehicle does not have free liquid on the floor; inform the plant supervisor when the vehicle is ready to be moved from the dock area.
Ensure housekeeping issues, such as spills cleaned up, floor dry, and debris not on the floor, are addressed immediately.
Provide work direction and advice to lower‑level Plant workers on a regular basis.
Be responsible for a single shift only and not responsible for hiring, firing, or performance reviews.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education Preferred Education: High School or equivalent.
Experience (North America & LATAM)
2+ Years of Experience, preferably in plant working environment.
Ability to communicate effectively and understand and follow health and safety directives and policies & procedures that apply to the role and location.
