Job Summary Manages ambulatory operations to optimize patient care and support organizational goals. Drives implementation of action items and supports compliance with timelines and financial commitments. Designs ad‑hoc reports to meet specific client needs and translates data into operational initiatives. Manages human resources, including orientation, education, disciplinary procedures and training & development. Designs survey readiness activities to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and prepares audit documentation. Assists in budget management and payroll administration. Ensures standardized care delivery by managing complex work streams and implementing strategic initiatives. Utilizes data analysis to align strategies and develop plans, monitors resources for efficient assignment and utilization, leads multidisciplinary clinical teams, implements emergency preparedness programs, and manages improvements in operations and technology processes.
Essential Responsibilities
Provide developmental opportunities for staff, build cross‑functional collaboration, solicit and act on performance feedback, coach employees, and keep up with organizational change.
Oversee a designated work unit or team, translating business plans into tactical tasks, ensuring policy compliance, measuring progress, resolving escalated issues, and removing obstacles to performance.
Manage ambulatory operations: implement action items, meet timelines and financial commitments, generate and analyze reports, oversee recruitment and HR processes, maintain survey readiness, prepare audit documentation, and support budgeting and payroll.
Ensure standardized patient‑care delivery: partner with physicians and experts, manage complex work streams, use data for strategic alignment, monitor daily operational activities, allocate resources efficiently, lead multidisciplinary teams, maintain emergency‑preparedness plans, and coordinate project teams.
Lead continuous improvement of patient‑centered operations and technology: define issues, prioritize projects, identify root causes, implement solutions, track performance metrics, and tie results to strategic department initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
Minimum two (2) years of customer or member/patient service experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a business, nursing, health‑care, or a directly related field and minimum three (3) years of experience in business operations, clinical health‑care, or a directly related field, **or** minimum six (6) years of experience in those areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Two (2) years of project/program management and/or implementation‑related experience.
