Operations and Marketing Manager / Brokerage Assistant
Avid Real Estate Advisors is a boutique commercial real estate firm in Dallas, TX focused on land and retail transactions.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX. The role involves working directly with the company principal and other producers. Responsibilities include leading all marketing endeavors, market research, document preparation, organization, office management, building marketing materials and aerials, maintaining listing platforms and the company website. Skills in graphic design or a willingness to learn Adobe InDesign are imperative to build client‑facing materials such as property flyers, aerials, pitch books, tour books, etc.
Responsibilities
Assist the brokerage team in day‑to‑day activity.
Produce and maintain ownership research, sales/lease comps, and various databases.
General brokerage assistance including verifying zoning and municipal processes, demographics, traffic counts, employment drivers, and produce timely client responsiveness.
Build and maintain marketing materials such as property flyers, aerials, email blasts, tour books, pitch decks. Willingness to learn and become proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
Manage tenant communications and building management.
Manage all office‑related activity and processes. Be a utility player – other duties and assignments as they come.
Qualifications
Effective communication and relationship‑building abilities.
Willingness to learn graphic design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for managing client data and creating detailed reports.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle project timelines and priorities effectively.
Research and analytical skills.
