Job Type Contract to Hire
Base Pay Range $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Referral Fee $500

Position Overview The Project Manager has responsibility for the overall management and execution of a given technology-related projects. You will utilize PM methodologies, and frameworks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget per designed specifications. You will develop and submit deliverables, budgets, and reports as required by the project management framework. You will work with the responsible Information Technology managers and or assigned Subject Matter experts and Business Analysts for requirements and project delivery. You will set up, prepare, and run project meetings with agendas, follow up with minutes and action items, ensure project planning and risks are managed, and ready the regular reporting as identified by the stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure the PMO Framework is being followed for assigned projects.
Ensures that all assigned Projects submit all deliverables, budgets, and reports as required by the PMO Framework.
Leads the Project team for their assigned tasks to establish effective project communication and ensures that project status updates are communicated as required.
Works with the responsible Information Technology managers to establish technology requirements for project completion.
Prepares the agenda and minutes for their assigned projects.
Establishes and maintains effective communications, coordination, and working relations with Senior Management, assigned project resources and staff.
Required Experience & Skills
7+ years’ experience in Project Management related roles.
Bachelor’s degree an Information Systems & Technology-related discipline.
PMP and/or PMI-ACP Certification, Certified Scrum Master.
Experienced with traditional/waterfall and agile-based frameworks.
Experienced with Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
Experienced with MS Office, MS Project, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet.
Experienced facilitator and communicator with matrixed teams, non-technical audiences, and vertical organization.
Experienced in partnering and collaborating with vendors, ensuring contracted deliverables are provided on-time and within design.
Understanding of Financial Services/Banking/Credit Union operations and project needs.
Knowledge of business software applications and in-depth knowledge of Information Technology.
Nice to Have Experience
ITIL v4 Certification.
