Base Pay Range Hourly wage: $21.00/hr – $34.00/hr. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr.
Job Overview (Responsibilities)
Unload trucks and stock new freight.
Spend majority of time in the backroom.
Lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, if required.
Qualifications
Physical ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
Ability to operate forklift (if required). Experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment is a plus.
Strong attention to safety and inventory accuracy.
