What You'll Do
Once a job is assigned this role accepts full responsibility for management of the forecasting, submittal schedule, delivery schedule, and overall job health
Serve as the primary point of contact for CMC
Review project proposal/plans/specifications to proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and communicate cost‑effective solutions
Resolve daily issues that may arise effectively to ensure a timely, safe, and profitable project
Write and review RFIs for cost impact
Maintain project reports for management and customers
Interact daily with various departments to ensure contract obligations are met
Jobsite visits & meetings as needed
What You'll Need
2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management or construction related field
Rebar, concrete, and general contracting experience, highly preferred
Ability to read and understand contract documents and drawings
Solid understanding of project costs/cost control with strong financial and business acumen
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
Strong scheduling, planning, organizing, problem solving, time managing, and prioritizing work skills
Proficient in MS Office programs - Outlook, Word, Excel
Your Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be a substituted for education.
