Kellogg Research Support Job Summary

Behavioral Research Fellows work with faculty and PhD students at the Kellogg School of Management, assisting with experiments and other behavioral research projects. Responsibilities

Research duties will vary from project to project,服务spanning all aspects of the research life cycle. Duties may include reproducibility checks, literature reviews, designing experiments, programming surveys, testing, scheduling, running experiments (in a laboratory or online setting) and analyzing experimental results. Fellows are expected to work in‑person. Qualifications

We seek applicants who plan to pursue a PhD in social psychology, marketing, organizational behavior, or a related behavioral science field. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Experience with research—either as a research assistant or as an independent researcher—is preferred. Exposure to methods and tools commonly used in psychology experiments such as Qualtrics, R, and SPSS is desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Compensation: $25.55 per hour. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt 1‑year appointment. Benefits
