Roofing Operations Manager
role in our Specialty Division in Jessup, MD to successfully lead the office and surrounding areas.
This position pays $90k - $110k base, with lucrative bonus opportunities.
Job Summary
Managing the Profit and Loss Statement
Recruiting and retaining qualified workers
Ensuring safe, profitable and quality commercial roofing projects
Managing the field supervisor(s), field workers and service manager
Working closely with both sales and technical staff
Addressing all problems that may arise during projects
Ensuring complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project is completed
Candidate Requirements
5+ years experience in Commercial Roofing – Required
Blueprint reading
Ability to manage and motivate
Previous roofing/construction business operations management experience is highly preferred
A valid driver’s license
