We are looking for a trainee to our Employer Branding team at Nokia Budapest to support us in event
management, employer branding activities, employee experience projects and ad hoc administrative tasks. We are eager to find the new member of our team who could help us to make things set.
You will be a part of a team of 4-6 people who are working enthusiastically on represent Nokia Budapest in the Hungarian ICT ecosystem. We offer flexible working schedule and home office opportunity for the trainee positions as well, but please note that this position requires more office presence than other type of positions.
Your responsibilities Event preparation: venue booking, arranging catering, handling invitations, keeping in touch with partners
Preparation for external events
Host internal events
On-site administrative support
Bring new ideas on the table
Your skills and experience Ongoing studies on a BSc/MSc level
Proactive mindset and „can do” attitude
Logical thinking
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Creativity and strong accountability
Perseverance in administration challenges
Fluency in Hungarian and English (written and oral)
Practice in Microsoft tools usage; interest in project coordination
