As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, guiding customers from onboarding through long-term success. Your mission is to ensure clients fully adopt our platform, achieve their goals, and remain delighted with our solutions.

Lead engaging, results-driven

onboarding experiences

for new customers

Conduct regular

check‑ins and support sessions

to drive retention and satisfaction

Identify opportunities to

upsell and expand accounts

based on client needs

Partner with our

technical team

to resolve advanced support requests

Plan and host

live training webinars

to educate and empower users

Highly

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Comfortable working in a

environment

Self‑motivated with a passion for helping clients succeed

Experience in customer success, account management, or client‑facing roles is a plus
