Summary CHS is seeking an

Expert Marketing Specialist, Research & Analysis

to join our Energy Marketing team in a hybrid role based at our Inver Grove Heights, MN headquarters. This position leads data and research driven justification for natuurlijke strategic marketing and go-to-market initiatives across CHS energy product lines, providing market research, competitive analysis, segmentation, and ROI justification to guide decision‑making. The role ensures alignment between market needs, product positioning, and sales execution while delivering performance reporting and dynamic ROI tracking.FREE Acting as a subject‑matter expert, you will collaborate cross‑functionally with product line teams,riter, and internal stakeholders to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns. Responsibilities include developing impactfulambulance marketing programs, creating sales enablement materials, and defining success metrics for product launches and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities Lead Market Understanding and Segmentation

Conduct market research, define customer profiles and behavioral personas, and perform segmentation and sector analysis.

Analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics.

Align findings with productập strategies to identify offer gaps and growth opportunities.

Support and Execute Go‑To‑Market Initiatives

Collaborate on formulation and implementation of GTM and launch plans.

Align cross‑functional teams, define success metrics, and manage timelines.

Stimulate pipeline development to support growth targets.
