Responsibilities
The Valley Health System has expanded into an integrated health network that serves more than two million people in Southern Nevada, including Valley Hospital Medical Center, Centennial Hills Hospital, Spring Valley Hospital, Summerlin Hospital, Henderson Hospital, Valley Health Specialty Hospital, and West Henderson Hospital.
Provides high‑level administrative support for the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Department, including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and confidential clerical duties. Responsibilities also include preparing agendas and minutes for meetings, managing confidential material, and typing and filing routine correspondence.

Job Description Responsible for providing support and performing a wide variety of confidential administrative duties.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; two years’ business college preferred.
Experience:
Five years of secretarial experience with at least two years as an executive secretary or administrative assistant; healthcare experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications; ability to take and transcribe minutes.
Other:
Must be able to deal appropriately with highly sensitive and confidential material.
Travel:
May require travel between GME training sites.
