Traveling Store Display Associate / Merchandiser We are hiring a Traveling Store Display Associate / Merchandiser to support new store openings, renovations, relocations, expansions, and other projects across the Albany Regional Area. This role requires frequent travel and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Participate in multiple renovation, new store, relocation, expansion, and other projects, ensuring timely completion in line with company standards.

Merchandising and product placement.

Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transfer items from stockroom to store. Build and tear down fixtures.

Set schematics, zone diagrams, and other merchandise templates.

Cleaning.

Customer service.

Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Assist with day‑to‑day store activities related to the project, as directed by the Store Display Coordinator/Lead.

Maintain a safe working environment at job sites and implement new procedures and efficiencies for all projects.

Follow company policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions Travel Requirements

Ability to travel up to 100% of the time to project locations. Overnight travel required; schedules typically run 14 consecutive days.

Must be able to drive and fly, have a valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation.

Must work non‑traditional hours.

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 60 lbs.

Climb, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.

Manage personal and company expenses due to travel.

Equipment Requirements

Operate small power tools.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.

Experience:

1–3 years of related work experience, preferably in retail management.

Technical:

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications.
