*** This is not a remote role; we are a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office. Successful candidates will be located in either Frisco, TX; Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS areas ***

Position Overview The Senior Commercial Marketing Manager – Offers Planning & Strategic Initiatives is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote company growth and brand awareness. This role develops strategies and business cases for all services and product innovations and current product optimization, factoring in market dynamics, consumer patterns, competitive actions, retailer/channel conflict, and more. The Sr Commercial Marketing Manager works with multiple internal and external groups such as Market Intelligence, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Program Management and Operations to define and execute a strategic vision, leading discovery phases for new opportunities and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement T‑Mobile strategies to continuously improve the customer experience and drive subscriber and revenue growth.

Drive strategy and high-level business rationale—including market, product, and brand fit—and own T‑Mobile service and product roadmap.

Define target, value proposition, and reason‑to‑believe requirements—lead creation of and prioritizing use cases to deliver on strategy.

Develop strategy using data analytics and customer/business insights to clearly articulate the market opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership on the path forward.

Collaborate closely with product and GTM teams to drive successful product launches and revenue enhancements.

Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and changing environment.

Manage business performance, tracking results, preparing contingencies, and developing iterations of the plan in a competitive environment.

May lead or mentor less experienced peers.

Education Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Work Experience 7+ years of marketing experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods.

Preferred Master’s/Advanced Degree.

Driving strategy cross‑functionally.

Analyzing customer, business, and industry data to drive business performance.

At least 18 years of age

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Travel Travel Required: Yes, 5%

Pay Base Pay Range: $109,300 - $197,200. The actual starting pay will vary within this range depending on location, qualifications, and experience.
