About the Senior Associate for Executive Communications

Manhattan Strategies is seeking a Senior Associate to support client executives across technology, finance and pharma. The role involves LinkedIn, keynotes, bylines, blogs, panels and other channels to amplify executive profiles and deploy strategic communications programs aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

Support senior and C‑suite client executives in technology, financial services and other industries, ensuring their communications programs on LinkedIn, keynote speeches, bylines, blogs, panels and other channels are high‑quality, on‑message and strategically aligned.

Own production of executive communications deliverables: drafting, revising and polishing LinkedIn posts, speeches/talk tracks, byline articles, op‑eds, executive blogs, presentation decks, speaker Q&A preparation, etc.

Collaborate with client and internal teams to plan and execute executive communications campaigns and thought‑leadership launches.

Provide strategic counsel to client executives on how to shape and optimize their personal/employer brand presence across channels.

Monitor and analyze performance of executive content (engagement, reach, earned media, speaking opportunities) and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitive executive profiles (in tech, finance, pharma) and audience sentiment to inform executive narratives.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in executive communications, thought leadership, corporate communications or related roles, preferably working with senior executives in a consultancy/agency or in‑house at a large corporate environment.

Proven ability to write and edit high‑level executive content such as LinkedIn posts, speeches, byline articles, op‑eds, blogs and presentation narratives.

Comfort engaging with senior executives and providing strategic counsel while translating business objectives into compelling executive narratives.

Proficient in working across teams (social media, design, strategy, analytics) and managing multiple stakeholders.

Strong research and analytical skills: tracking executive brand metrics, understanding competitive positioning and mapping thought‑leadership landscapes.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field required; Master’s degree a plus.

Benefits & Compensation

Base salary range is $75,000 to $87,000 per year.

Benefits include bonus eligibility and 401(k) with company match.
