The Leasing & Marketing Manager plays a key role in advancing the mission of The Towers on Park Lane by generating and converting qualified leads into new residents through personalized engagement, property tours, and relationship-building. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Business Development, this role focuses on active sales promotion, prospect nurturing, and visual storytelling to elevate The Towers’ brand and highlight the exceptional lifestyle our community offers.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage daily inbound and outbound sales activities, including tours, follow-ups, and phone/email communication with prospects.

Qualify leads received through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and community outreach.

Schedule and conduct tours of available residences and amenities, ensuring each experience reflects The Towers’ quality and culture.

Maintain, nurture, and update lead activity within the WelcomeHome CRM platform, including notes, next steps, and status updates.

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to analyze conversion trends and develop strategies for improved performance.

Community Representation & Visual Storytelling

Capture and curate photo and video content that highlights the community, lifestyle, and resident experience for use in marketing materials and social media.

Assist in staging model units and preparing visual assets for listings, digital campaigns, and virtual tours.

Support the development of resident testimonials and resident stories through interviews and media support.

Participate in monthly prospect luncheons, open houses, outreach, and other lead-generating events.

Coordinate with real estate agents, ambassadors, and front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Attend select community and networking events to promote The Towers and build referral relationships.

Manage appointment schedules and ensure that leads are distributed efficiently to real estate partners.

Assist with compiling sales reports and performance summaries for management and board review.

Support the development and implementation of standardized sales procedures and training materials.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential sales, leasing, senior living, or hospitality sales preferred. Apartment leasing experience a plus.

Proficiency in CRM systems (WelcomeHome or similar), Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and digital communication tools.

Advanced photography/videography skills, including comfort using DSLR or mobile devices for high-quality content capture.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Self-starter with a high degree of professionalism, creativity, and accountability.
