Sales and Marketing Specialist
Able Sheet Metal is a manufacturer and distributor of metal products serving the construction industry since 1946.
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing sales strategies, conducting market research, delivering customer service, and creating and executing marketing campaigns for a new line of WUI tested ventilation products for residential and commercial markets in the state of California and neighboring regions. The specialist must also be able to identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, manage sales pipelines, collaborate with internal teams, and train staff on sales processes when needed.
You are fully expected to reside in the Los Angeles county, as you will be visiting customers in-person daily.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to understand clients' needs, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
Experience in sales and sales management, including the ability to generate leads, close deals, and monitor sales performance.
Proficiency in training team members to enhance knowledge and improve sales techniques.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM software and other marketing tools is advantageous but not required.
