Entry‑level position with paid training and certification provided.

Job type: part‑time, afternoon availability.

Work setting: home‑based care.

Schedule: Monday to Sunday; afternoon and evening availability required. Preference for candidates available 2:00–8:00 pm.

Location: Martinez, CA.

What You’ll Do

Deliver one‑on‑one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.

Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Collect and record data on client progress accurately.

Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.

Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.

All new behavior technicians are required to become RBT certified within 90 days. We provide 40 hours of paid training and cover the cost of the RBT exam if you pass on your first try.

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic individuals who have a heart for helping children and families. If you bring kindness, reliability, and a desire to make a real impact, we’d love to help you build a meaningful career in this field.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, preferably in an ABA or behavioral health setting. Relevant direct‑care experience, including supporting children with neurodiverse needs or caring for a family member, will also be considered.

Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children.

Spanish‑speaking highly preferred.

Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus but not required.

Highly preferred: current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.

RBT certification is a plus, but we will cover the cost of obtaining it.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 18 years of age.

Reliable transportation and a driver’s license.

Auto insurance policy with your name on it if using your vehicle for work. If you do not have a driver’s license, you must submit a government‑issued ID.

CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding).

TB test (within 90 days), MMR & Varicella immunization, and a pre‑employment physical (within the past year).

Background check (FBI & DOJ).
