Responsibilities
Lead generation including grass‑roots marketing and networking
Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into free introductory classes
Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
Manage staff schedule and oversee member support specialists
Ensure studio retail products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
Manage and hold member support specialists accountable
Maintain proficiency in Club Ready, including revenue reports and attendance reports
Make independent decisions related to high‑level customer service
Collect outstanding dues and enforce payment policies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio
Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible
Schedule and participate in networking, community events, and studio promotions
Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
2+ years of retail or fitness sales experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Confidence in generating personal sales and training staff in sales
Ability to work independently and collaborate with the leadership team
Ability to manage and drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, and via email
Capacity to excel in a fast‑changing, diverse environment
Strong judgment and ability to implement improvements
Affinity and passion for fitness
Solid writing and grammar skills
Highly organized, proficient in data management, with strong prioritization and deadline‑management abilities
Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Trustworthy, with ability to handle confidential information
Team‑orientated and harmonious with coworkers, clients, and the public
Computer proficiency and studio software experience
Willingness to grow and learn
