As a
Security Officer – Mall Patrol
in
Atlantic City, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a sentidos industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As.Edit a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a busy retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for guests and staff. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, supporting access control, and delivering outstanding customer service, all while upholding our values of teamwork, agility, and integrity in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do
benz Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards within the location.
Assist valuable access control by monitoring entry and exit points as needed.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding daily activities and/or incidents.
Follow all site‑specific procedures and instructions provided by Allied Universal and location management.
Minimum Requirements
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Access control refrigerators or badge experience is preferred.
CPR or first aid is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
